The Bayanihan Gawad Parangal Canada, is an award and recognition event anchored in the Filipino word, “Bayanihan” which refers to a spirit of civic unity and cooperation among Filipinos. This is bestowed to Filipinos, Filipino-Canadians, and individuals of Filipino descent who are role models and inspiration for dedication, compassion, leadership, and service, supporting activities and events for the welfare of Filipino community members.
